HYC is a fundraising alliance, rooted in community, dedicated to advancing impactful youth-oriented charitable initiatives.
Hubbard Youth Coalition Inc. (HYC) was officially founded in 2020, though the vision behind it began long before our 501(c)(3) status. As parents and active members of our Hubbard community, we’ve seen firsthand the powerful advantages our young people gain when they’re equipped to succeed—through academic achievement, physical well-being, and the values learned in serving others.
We asked ourselves, “How can we help?” That question sparked the idea of creating a local nonprofit to help bridge any gaps. We believed that with the support of our community, we could provide the resources, encouragement, and opportunities our youth need—not only for a brighter today but for a stronger, more confident future.
Since day one, HYC has been committed to turning that vision into action.
We believe in empowering young people through active, hands-on experiences. By creating opportunities to give back, we help youth build a strong sense of community and a deeper awareness of the world around them.
HYC creates, hosts, and collaborates on charitable events that are engaging, purposeful, and inspiring. To strengthen and expand our mission, we actively build partnerships with local organizations, civic leaders, schools, and community members.

While we are not geographically limited, HYC’s primary focus is to serve the youth of Hubbard, Ohio, where our nonprofit was originally founded and where our roots remain strongest.
